Club Rooms
Otahoas Club rooms and other spaces are intended for residents use. The maintenance and supervision of the clubrooms is done by a person or group of people selected by the tenant committee.
The clubrooms are normally locked. Each clubroom has some selected keyholders, who are also responsible for the maintenance of the room. The keyholder of the clubroom can be Otahoas tenant committee members, residents with a key or a member of a club responsible for the clubroom.

OtaHoas also manages other spaces for more specified activities.

This room is designed for various artistic group activities, such as sewing, writing and planning sessions as well as brainstorming. The room has a video projector, table, chairs and stools which enable various activities.

Gaming and entertainment room, where there are four “sections”, board games, video projector, sound system, as well as sofas.

A nice open space where people often play computer and console games or watch movies. The room has gaming computers (16), game consoles, retro computers, video projector, audio system and sofas. You can usually drop by to play when the room is open even without a reservation. The doors are often closed even when there are people in the room to reduce noice to the stairwell, just knock and someone will open!
