Space Reservation Form

Please send an email to the relevant mailing list to make a reservation request.

The responsible people are all volunteers and thus the requested time is unfortunately not always possible. The best probability for a successful reservation is when the request is made about one week before the desired date. The request made only few days beforehand might not be possible.

If you want to reserve multiple spaces, send an email once for each space to ensure right people will receive the request.

If you don’t get a response in a few days, contact us in other ways.
